Born in the UK and raised in Jerusalem, Elya brings an international perspective and a strong understanding of both Israeli and Diaspora audiences. Outside of communications, he is involved in strengthening Jerusalem’s young professional community.

Elya is a communications professional with experience developing and executing media strategies for some of Israel’s largest nonprofits, global organizations, and billion-dollar technology companies.

Prior to joining Moore Connected, Elya spent more than three years at Gova10 Strategic Communications, where he worked with clients across healthcare, technology, philanthropy, Jewish communal affairs, and Israel advocacy.
